Master Nanomaterials Science - Utrecht University

Nanomaterials have unique size-dependent properties that can be tailored by controlling the size, shape and surface of nanoparticles and nanoporous materials. This programme provides you with the knowledge, tools, and research experience to predict, design, understand, and manipulate the properties of nanomaterials to enable their application in e.g., solar energy harvesting devices such as solar cells and luminescent solar concentrators, batteries, energy-efficient LEDs and computers, renewable hydrogen and ammonia production, and conversion of CO2 to renewable fuels and chemicals.
